The board meetings for the 2025-26 season are scheduled for 1st Wednesday of each month. The meetings run from October thru June. Meetings are held at the White Barn at Cherry Hill starting at 6:30 PM and end at 8:00 PM. The dates for these meetings are as follows:

October 1, November 5, December 3, January 7, 2026, February 4, 2026, March 4, 2026, April 1, 2026.  If needed May 6th, and June 3
