The board meetings for the 2024-25 season are scheduled for 1st Wednesday of each month. The meetings run from October thru June. Meetings are held at the White Barn at Cherry Hill starting at 6:30 PM and end at 8:00 PM. The dates for these meetings are as follows:

November 6, December 4, January 8, 2025, February 5, 2025, March 5, 2025, April 2, 2025.  If needed May 6th, and June 3
